Service and fee information

Test run fee

There is a $300.00 test run fee per product. This allows us to assess your recipe, begin formulation, and determine the necessary steps for FDA compliance.

Timeline

Nutrition Facts Panel (NFP) development typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on product complexity. Processing Authority Letter and shelf-life services are invoiced directly to the client.

Ingredients and packaging

Freddie Lee's Gourmet Sauces does not purchase ingredients or packaging supplies. These costs will be invoiced directly to the client.

Payment schedule

50% is due 2 weeks before cooking day. The remaining 50% is due on the day of pickup or delivery.

Non-disclosure agreement

All clients must sign a non-disclosure agreement before any work begins.

Cook day quality check

We require you, or someone familiar with your product, to attend the cook day for a quality check. Please arrive on time. We allow a maximum 45-minute window for the quality check, and if no representative is present within that time we will proceed with bottling.

Volume we plan for

We plan production for clients ordering 18 to 75 gallons at least twice a month.
