Refund policy

All sales are final. Because we sell food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened items.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within three days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.

After we review and approve the claim, we will send a replacement at no additional charge. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
